Suzanne Moltzen, MBAChief Executive Officer, RIB North America

In April, 2015, Suzanne Moltzen was named the CEO for RIB in North America. She had served as RIB U.S.Cost’s Chief Financial Officer since 1999. Prior to joining RIB U.S.COST, she honed her skills at major corporations including Ford Motor Company and Merrill Lynch. Suzanne oversees operations and directly handles all legal, HR, insurance, and financial issues for the North American market. She is also involved in global M&A activities and in investor relations.

Suzanne is committed to advancing the adoption of 5D technology for construction in the North American market and in continuing to develop RIB U.S. Cost professionals into leading experts.

Martin1cWade Martin, CCP, CVS, LEED AP, RPASenior Vice President, Integrated Project Delivery and Value Engineering

Wade has over 30 years of experience and is responsible for managing RIB U.S. Cost’s iTWO 5D related professional service and for value engineering. His experience includes: leading workshops in our iTWO 5D lab; analyzing life cycle costs, project economics, and risk; preparing construction market studies; and providing value engineering services. Wade has also served as project manager for course development focused on the application of LEED sustainable design techniques and has written papers and presentations on the life cycle cost analysis of sustainable design alternatives. He has developed a risk-based estimating contingency protocol and guided the professional service group in adopting the iTWO 5D Enterprise for project controls.

Glenn Wilcox has a list of achievements and recognitions from numerous clients for outstanding leadership and commitment to excellence. With over 25 years of experience (20 with RIB U.S.COST), he has been a practice leader and mentor for our team in the area of preconstruction services and cost/budget management with some of the most complex capital development projects in the Aviation industry.

In his current role as Senior Vice President for RIB U.S.COST, Glenn is group leader for preconstruction and project management services. Glenn is an advocate for supporting owner organizations in establishing best practices and processes for the use of innovative technology such as BIM 5D.

Steve Curran has more than 30 years of experience as a cost estimator and construction project manager with national engineering and consulting corporations, contractors, and government agencies. Since joining RIB U.S.COST in 1988, he has devoted the majority of his time both providing and overseeing cost estimating services for our largest clients, supporting them on multi-billion programs throughout the country. Steve is currently the Vice President of Estimating with RIB U.S.COST and oversees and provides QA/QC on contracts which provide an array of services including Cost Validations, Cost Reconciliations, Design Submission Estimates, Scheduling, Claim Dispute / Resolutions, Value Engineering, and Economic Analysis. Steve received his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Purdue University and is certified in iTWO 5D Enterprise for Construction Project Delivery.

Kristanto A1Andreas KristantoVice President, 5D Services

Andreas Kristanto has over 20 years of experience in cost estimating and virtual design and construction (VDC) services. As the Vice President of iTWO 5D Services, Andreas provides technical leadership in the use of the iTWO software platform to deliver top quality VDC services. He leads our personnel in the use of BIM modeling to develop project cost estimates and schedules. Andreas has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Construction Management. He is a Certified Cost Professional (CCP), a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), and certified in iTWO 5D Enterprise for Construction Project Delivery.
