Atlanta, Georgia, USA -- September 20, 2006 -- Kenneth Stowe, P.E., renowned construction technology expert from Autodesk, Inc., kicks off the U.S. COST Destination Success 2006 User Conference, at the Caleo Resort & Spa, October 2-4 in Scottsdale, Arizona.
