Beck Technology Signs up First Value Added Reseller for the New DProfiler with RSMeans
Dallas, TX, December 26, 2006 – Beck Technology and U.S. COST have announced a partnership whereby U.S. COST will market, promote and resell DProfiler with RSMeans. U.S. COST recognizes the value of the complete project view including 3D models, sketches and cost analysis that DProfiler provides. Architects, owners and contractors can make decisions based on reliable, complete and accurate information.

DProfiler with RSMeans is a “macro” Building Information Model (BIM) solution used in the planning and conceptual design phase to produce an accurate cost estimate of a proposed design. The 3D modeling component is full featured with the ability to add floors, cut sections in any shape, view the interior and accurately measure the model. Integration with RS Means data, provides instant access to over 18,000 assembly cost databases, so that interactive cost estimating can be done on the fly while modeling the concept.
