Because space is limited and the October time frame is one of the most popular times for the resort, we urge you so sign up quickly so that you can reserve your first choice sessions.

Cost of Event
Total registration cost: $1,495

Included in your registration price are the following:

• Hotel stay (Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights).
• Welcome reception on Monday, October 2nd from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm Drinks and heavy hors'de vors will be served.
• U.S. COST will provide a buffet breakfast and lunch Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, October 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Complimentary snacks and coffee will be provided throughout the 3 day session.
• U.S. COST will also provide a private dinner on the patio of the Oasis Lagoon on Tuesday, October 3rd from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm for all conference attendees.

What to Wear
We recommend dressing business casual throughout the conference. Due to the time of year, be advised to bring a light jacket, as temperatures are refreshingly cooler at night in this region of Arizona.
