Building Solutions Division
Autodesk, Inc.
Kenneth Stowe, P.E., renowned construction technology expert from Autodesk, Inc., kicks off the U.S. COST Destination Success 2006 User Conference, at the Caleo Resort & Spa, October 2-4 in Scottsdale, Arizona.
As keynote speaker, Stowe will provide insight into how building professionals are leveraging building information models beyond design. “Every building professional, whether designer, estimator, planner, or manager, has the ability to dramatically improve cost and schedule forecasting and control by simply working with tools that communicate with information-rich models. The opportunities exist from concept through construction and facility management. It’s the way the industry is moving, in the US and around the globe, and there are critical steps that every business can take to ensure success in this new increasingly interoperable world.”
Stowe is a part of the Autodesk Building Solutions Division, and is responsible for construction business development and strategy initiatives in the Americas. The team creates a unique partnership between product development and the construction community, and supports Autodesk services teams with construction expertise. Stowe has become a recognized expert in the synergy that exists between the two worlds of construction management and electronic teamwork.
